Here is a sphere made from another wonderful and rare Tanzania mineral: iolite with sunstone.
Dale made this sphere and he did an outstanding job.
The sphere has has a wonderful color, is translucent to transparent, very chatoyant, irridescent, and has a lot of colorful sheen (Shiller phenomenon).
This Iolite with Sunstone sphere is rare and an outstanding collector's item.
Iolite is considered a great stone for meditation
