• This labradorite heart is large, beautiful, and full of colorful flashes.
• It has a wonderful shape and very good polish. It also has a long healed fracture, visible in the photos.
• Labradorite, also called spectrolite, is a variety of feldspar. According to my reference, labradorite (in addition to its properties as a feldspar) is very rich in metaphysical and healing properties. As an example, "It is said to represent the "temple of the stars" ...providing for the understanding of the destiny one has chosen."
