• Youngite agate is a rare agate found in Eastern Wyoming, at the Hartville Uplift near Guernsey. The primary mine is closed to collecting and this beautiful material is getting very scarce.
• Youngite agate is silicified pink/peach color breccia cemented (naturally) with gray to blue chalcedony and coated with same color drusy chalcedony. The material fluoresces green under a UV light.
• This sphere is wonderful. It has vugs with drusy chalcedony and very attractive brecciations. The chalcedony fluoresces a light green color and parts of it appear to have a yellow color. I have not seen yellow in this material before, so I cannot promise that it exists since my UV light is not of the best ones. However, there is yellow showing in natural light.
• This youngite agate sphere is rare, gorgeous, and an outstanding collectors' item.
