| Payment Methods - Domestic Buyers |

The following are acceptable payment
methods:
- PayPal - at the checkout, please add your zip
code to calculate your total including shipping.
- Google - you may use the "add to cart" or "buy
it now" button if ithey appear in the listing or email your order
to me so I can send you a Google invoice.
If you have any problem with the shipping cost that appears on
your PayPal or Google checkout, please let me know and I will be
happy to recalculate it.
- If you do not wish to use the above services for payment,
please phone in or email your order to us; you may pay by:

- Money Order, or
- Personal Check - Goods will be shipped after
the personal check clears the bank

- For large orders, you may wish to email your orders so I can

The following are acceptable payment

- International Money Order

- PayPal: For single or multiple orders, please
email your order and wait for your total including the correct
International shipping cost. If there is shipping cost for your
country at the PayPal checkout, please go ahead and pay using
PayPal.
- Google: You will be able to pay using Google
but I will need to calculate the shipping cost and send you a
google invoice with the total cost.

| Domestic Shipping |

For domestic shipping, I prefer US
Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. First Class Mail and other
options are available upon request. FedEx and UPS may also be used
for large orders. Many single item can be shipped via USPS First
Class Mail for less cost. If you prefer this or other options,
please let me know to make adjustments.
- Fast Shipping: Item(s) will be shipped usually
in one business day after funds have been received and
cleared.
- The shipping cost is based on the shipping
weight of the package, a small handling fee, and delivery
confirmation fee for USPS shipping.
- An invoice will be included in the
package.
- Estimated delivery time: Priority Mail for
domestic shipping takes 2-3 days; First Class Mail takes 3 days or
more.
- Combined shipping: Multiple orders will be
packaged safely in one or more boxes and the shipping cost will be
calculated based on the total shipping weight of each package and
the carrier rates.
I use Flat Rate Priority boxes as much as possible where many
orders can be combined for a flat shipping fee plus delivery
confirmation and handling fees.
Please note that these boxes allow up to 70 lbs of weight but they
are limited in size.
- Insurance: Generally, insurance is optional
but recommended. I do not assume responsibility for items lost,
delayed, or damaged in transit.

Various shipping options are available
for international shipping and if you request it, I will provide
several options to select from (please send email)
Please remember that shipping from the USA to most countries is
very expensive. Because the shipping cost is based on weight and
rocks are heavy, I will be happy to combine orders for you to save
on shipping.
- Fast Shipping: Item(s) will be shipped usually
in one business day after funds have been received and

- Estimated delivery time: International mail
delivery times vary depending on the destination but the US Postal
Service provides some guidelines. For example, Priority Mail
International may take 6-10 days and Express Mail International 5
days. There is not guideline for First Class shipping.
Please remember, that after I ship your package, I have no control
over its delivery time.
If your package is not delivered within the expected time frame,
please check with customs; sometimes packages are held there for
tax payment.

- California buyers will be charged 8.75% sales tax.
- If you have a resale certificate, please send me an Email with the following
information:

- The resale certificate number

are for resale only.

- You will receive full prtce refund if you are not happy with
your purchase. Please send me an Email if you wish to
return an item.
- Items must be undamaged and returned insured within 14 days
from the delivery date as determined by the USPS delivery
confirmation for domestic shipping.
Tracking information is not available for the most commonly used
international shipping options. In this case, please communicate
with me and return the item(s) promptly.
- Buyers pay all shipping costs including insurance.
- Original invoice is required.
